Welcome to Airport Transfers 247. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the transport services we provide. By booking a journey with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

Airport Transfers 247 provides premium, reliable, and professional private hire transfers across London and the UK. Our registered services cover airport transfers, business travel, group transfers, cruise transfers, and private chauffeur services.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, via email, or over the phone.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or booking reference from Airport Transfers 247.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all booking details—including dates, pickup times, flight numbers, and passenger counts—are accurate.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

We pride ourselves on transparent, fixed pricing with no hidden charges.

• The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price for the specified journey.
• Fares include standard tolls and airport drop-off fees unless otherwise stated.
• If there are deviations from the original route, via stops, or additional passengers/luggage added on the day of travel, extra charges may apply.
• Payments can be made securely online at the time of booking or via agreed corporate accounts.

4. Flight Monitoring and Waiting Time

We understand that air travel can be unpredictable, which is why we include flight tracking as a standard feature of our service.

• We monitor your flight's arrival time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
• Standard bookings include a complimentary waiting time (typically 45-60 minutes after the flight has landed) to allow you to clear customs and collect luggage.
• Any waiting time exceeding the complimentary period may be subject to additional hourly waiting charges.

5. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage

• Customers must select the appropriate vehicle class (e.g., Executive Saloon, Executive MPV, Group Minibus) based on their passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
• A standard Saloon holds up to 3 passengers and 2 bags, while an MPV accommodates up to 6 passengers and 5 bags. Please book accordingly.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage if the amount of luggage exceeds the legal and safe weight/space limits of the booked vehicle. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or by calling our customer service team.
• Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup time will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booking.
• If a passenger fails to show up at the designated meeting point without informing us ("No Show"), no refund will be provided.

7. Passenger Conduct and Liability

• We maintain a strict no-smoking (including e-cigarettes) and no-eating policy inside all our vehicles.
• Passengers are expected to behave appropriately. The driver reserves the right to terminate a journey immediately if a passenger exhibits abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
• If a passenger soils or damages the vehicle, a valeting or repair fee will be charged to the person who made the booking.
• Airport Transfers 247 cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances entirely out of our control, such as severe traffic, road closures, accidents, or extreme weather conditions.

8. Child Seats

We can provide child seats upon request during the booking process. However, it is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure the child seat is fitted correctly and the child is safely secured before the journey begins. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own child seat.
